We offer refunds on certain items and exchanges are also possible.  Refunds are only allowed if the product is unopened or damaged during transit to you. Refunds must be done within 5 business days of obtaining the items. Exchanges are only possible with the proof of purchase and the items for exchange must be equivalent to the amount paid for your original items otherwise the difference must be paid upfront. Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges on sensitive garments (i.e intimates) or food items. 

We offer deliveries to various parts of the island for a fee and we offer to ship to islands, prices are detailed in the checkout section of the website.
